Developments along Saudi Arabia’s western coastline are in full swing. And it’s not just the major cities that are getting a glow-up. The Red Sea is turning into a luxury hotspot with the announcement of The Ritz-Carlton, Amaala.

The Ritz-Carlton, Amaala is expected to open its doors in 2025, bringing the brand to the Kingdom’s most sought-after destinations. The upcoming property will be located nestled between the sand dunes in Triple Bay. The resort’s design will blend with this landscape and the views of the Red Sea, offering guests a chance to truly soak in the diverse beauty of Saudi Arabia.

The Ritz-Carlton, Amaala has been designed by Foster+Partners, paying homage to the Al Wajh, a seaside town nearby. This means you’ll get to witness the splendour of The Ritz-Carlton brand along with a local touch that’s guaranteed to elevate the charm of this resort.

The Ritz-Carlton, Amaala will house 391 guest rooms, each more stunning than the next. About 80 per cent of these units will be water-facing, giving you a chance to enjoy the views. No matter what view you get — the marina, the sea, or the mountains — you’re in for a treat.
