Five Senses Sanctuary
Step into a world of sensory-based wellness experiences that encompass yoga, meditation, sound healing, fitness and more. Led by global experts in their fields, these daily activities promise to uplift your mind and body. Workshops, live food and music and transformative classes await those seeking a holistic renewal.
Full Moon Yoga & Sound
Connect with mind, body, spirit and the lunar energy at the iconic Hegra, for a unique experience for all levels. Set under the bright moonlight, these sessions offer a serene and mystical atmosphere, allowing participants to connect deeply with nature and their inner selves. Full Moon Yoga is believed to help release pent-up emotions and bring balance, aligning the body and mind with the lunar cycle.
All Day I Dream
The All Day I Dream festival is an integral part of the AlUla Wellness Festival, which will light up the Kingdom with beautiful structural art, hanging gardens, colourful fabrics, fairy lights, and lanterns. All Day I Dream began in 2011, on a Brooklyn rooftop. Since then, it has become an international sensation, drawing crowds from across the globe. The second AlUla edition will see several musical maestros taking the DJ booth from late afternoon until the early hours.
Dadan Culinary Arts Centre
The Dadan Culinary Arts Centre blends the rich culinary heritage of the region with contemporary dining experiences. Located in the historic area of AlUla, known for its ancient Nabatean civilizations, the centre offers a journey through the flavours and traditions of northwest Arabia. It aims to celebrate the local culture by providing immersive culinary experiences that highlight traditional ingredients and cooking techniques. During AlUla Wellness Festival, the centre will offer a variety of culinary workshops, classes and healthy dining.
