London’s KARVE Pilates sweats its way to Jeddah

This strength-training experience is now open in Midtown Plaza.

Get ready to break a sweat and sculpt your body because London’s high-intensity KARVE Pilates has opened its brand-new studio in Midtown Plaza on Prince Sultan Road in Jeddah.

KARVE Pilates is a 50-minute, full-body, strength training experience. It combines fun, fast-flowing workouts with considered and conscious movements, which results in a high-intensity, low-impact exercise that promises to help you sweat and sculpt your way to a fitter lifestyle.

KARVE Pilates in Jeddah currently offers Reformer Pilates classes and private sessions for those seeking an exclusive experience. KARVE teaches all levels in one room, providing modifications and advancements to cater to every ability. Each participant receives a full introduction to the machines, ensuring a safe and effective workout. The endurance-based workout focuses on building slow-twitch muscle fibres, promoting increased strength and a boosted metabolism. The intensity is coupled with joint-friendly movements, making it a fitness option suitable for everyone.

KARVE believes in the power of the mind-body connection. To ensure lasting results and exceed personal goals, their signature touch concludes each session with five minutes of endorphin-fuelled mindfulness and breath work. The Karve intro pack offers three sessions for SAR 600, valid for two weeks. Alternatively, you can opt for six classes for SAR 1,552.50 (valid for 30 days), 12 classes for SAR 2,760 (valid for 60 days), 24 classes for SAR 4,416 (valid for 90 days) or 36 classes for SAR 6,210 (valid for 120 days). A single session can be booked for SAR 287.50.

KARVE Pilates Jeddah is the brand’s latest location following the launch of successful outposts in Dubai, London and New York.
