Isabella Cucina Italiana opens in Emirates Hills in Dubai

It’s time to say ciao to Isabella Cucina Italiana. The Italian restaurant is opening in Emirates Hills, Dubai. The concept brings alive the spirit of Italy and its warm and welcoming hospitality. 

The new restaurant prides itself on offering authentic Italian cuisine. The concept aims to strike the balance between tradition and modernity and is committed to sharing its love of Italian food. 

Head Chef, Ruggiero Gissi, hails from Rimini, Italy. He is behind the menu, which includes a range of options. The traditional dishes include crudi, antipasti and insalate. The menu is great for groups, and there is secondi, mains and sharing plates. Plus, there is a children’s menu with a selection of pastas and pizzas including Penne Pomodoro, Spaghetti alla Bolognese, and Pizza Margherita.

The kitchen creates fresh homemade pasta and pizza dough. The pastas and risottos include Tagliolini Al Tartufo Nero and Gnocchi Di Patate Ai Gamberi. The woodfired pizzas include Pizza Al Tartufo and Pizza Bresaola.

Isabella Cucina Italiana is open daily from 11am to 1am.
