Less than a year after its opening, February 30 is drawing crowds to Palm West Beach for yet another reason – its recently launched brunch. For the uninitiated, the local outpost of this buzzing Beirut venue is already famed for its eclectic DNA and multifaceted concept of lounge, restaurant and beach bar – in fact, there are three bars to choose from, including a striking circular one that overlooks the waters of Palm Jumeirah.

Taking place every Sunday from 1pm to 5pm, brunch at February 30 translates to four full hours of indulgence, priced at AED 325 for soft beverages and AED 395 for the house beverage package. Meanwhile, extravagance in the form of a premium beverage package is priced at AED 495. And true to form, a DJ helps set a lively, upbeat vibe every Sunday.

Brunch starts by sharing a delicious selection of nibbles like edamame, french fries, crispy beef, lightly seared salmon, shrimp tempura, Cali maki, avocado and cucumber maki, and more. Each guest gets to choose a main of their choice, deciding between Angus beef burger, Chilean sea bass, grilled chicken, or penne tomato, alongside a side of asparagus, steamed rice, mashed potato, or Hokkaido sweet corn. 

It wraps up with a hit of sugar – a choice of baklava cheesecake, assorted mochi, or chocolate fondant – or a fruit platter for the health nuts out there. The drinks also flow for a generous four hours, allowing diners to linger. The non-alcoholic package includes fresh juices and delicious mocktails, while the alcoholic package features spirits, prosecco, and selected cocktails.
