The Woman in Black brings a spooky show to Dubai

The show will take place at Zabeel Theatre in Jumeirah Zabeel Saray.

Dubai’s entertainment scene never disappoints, and this year is no exception. Musical performances by the likes of Enrique Iglesias and Macklemore will take place in the city, as well as theatre shows that are bound to wow audiences. To add to this roster, The Woman in Black is making its spine-chilling return to Dubai.

Taking place from 30 October to 2 November, The Woman in Black will be held at the Zabeel Theatre in Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. Perfectly timed for the Halloween season, it promises to elevate your spooky celebrations.

For those unfamiliar with The Woman in Black, it’s a suspense thriller that takes inspiration from Susan Hill’s bestselling novel of the same name. It was later adapted into a stage play by Stephen Mallatratt and has been loved by audiences and critics, globally. The story garnered more fame when it was released as a film, starring Daniel Radcliffe.

The story of The Woman in Black revolves around Arthur Kipps, recalling his horrific experiences at Eel Marsh House. In order to forget about the ghosts of his past, he sits to pen them down. He remembers living in fear and being tortured by strange noises and ghostly sightings after spotting the ‘Woman in Black’ at a funeral. Things take a turn when Arthur encounters her once again.

The return of The Woman in Black to Dubai is poised to leave audiences on the edge of their seats once again. Featuring a cast from London’s West End, this stage play is sure to run sold-out shows in the region.

Tickets for the play are live now and start at AED 200.
