Dutch DJ Armin Van Buuren has announced a mega music show in Ras Al Khaimah

Grab your glowsticks and prepare for an epic evening. Armin Van Buuren will kick off the Seven Wonders event series in Ras Al Khaimah with a never-before-seen show called Pillars of Creation.

Set against the golden desert dunes of Ras Al Khaimah, the show on Thursday, 24 October 2024, will push the boundaries of sound, light, and immersive storytelling, offering a sensory spectacle that merges the beauty of nature with music and technology. Taking place at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert, Pillars of Creation reimagines Armin Van Buuren’s legendary work, presenting a captivating story of how music is born, transformed, and continues to evolve.

Armin van Buuren is one of the world’s biggest DJs and producers. He was born in the Netherlands and has headlined shows and festivals across the world, including Electric Daisy Carnival, Ultra Music Festival and Tomorrowland. He has held residencies at Hï Ibiza and Las Vegas. The Dutch DJ is known for his hits Blah Blah Blah, Great Spirit, Leave A Little Love, Music Means Love Forever and This Is What It Feels Like. The DJ has also collaborated with Alesso, Steve Aoki and Trevor Guthrie, so we’re keeping our fingers crossed for surprise guests.

With only 1,000 tickets available, this exclusive performance marks the premiere of an upcoming event series, Seven Wonders Ras Al Khaimah, set to debut in 2025. The series will span seven weeks and feature seven world-class artists performing at seven breathtaking outdoor locations across the Emirate.

Armin van Buuren is no stranger to the region. The superstar DJ performed at UNTOLD Dubai in February 2024, MDLBeast Riyadh in December 2023 and The World Tennis League in Dubai in December 2022. That same year, he headlined the New Year’s Eve celebrations at Dubai Media City Amphitheatre.

Tickets are on sale now, and four packages are available. The Wander Pass includes general admission with premium drinks and gourmet bites; the Marvel Pass offers VIP access to a viewing deck with premium beverages and bites; the Wondrous Pass includes VIP access with valet parking, table service, and exclusive After Party entry, while the Prestige Pass is the ultimate VIP experience with a private booth, bottle service, premium food, and After Party access.

Special accommodation rates are also available at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert, for those making a weekend of it.
