British band Kasabian will rock Dubai this October

Tickets are available now for the Coca-Cola Arena show.

Dubai is set to welcome the British rock band Kasabian. The group will perform on 13 October at Coca-Cola Arena, Dubai. Tickets are available now, and here’s what to expect.

Kasabian last performed in the UAE 10 years ago, so this is a rare chance to see them in action. The band hails from Leicester, United Kingdom and formed in 1997. The members include Tom Meighan on lead vocals, and Tim Carter, Chris Edwards and Ian Matthews. After Meighan’s departure in 2020, guitarist and songwriter Serge Pizzorno took on the role of frontman, guiding the band through a remarkable comeback.

In 2006, the group released its self-titled debut album. The group’s hit songs include Club Foot, Fire, LSF, and Underdog. Over their career, they have scored seven number one albums in the UK—only their first album did not reach the top spot.

In 2014, Kasabian performed as the headliner of the Glastonbury Festival. The group is famed for its energetic live performances, which include sold-out gigs. So much so that it won two Q Awards for Best Act in the World Today.

Kasabian are currently on tour and promoting their new album, Happenings. The album includes the lead song, Darkest Lullaby. The tour takes the group to Belfast, United Kingdom on 16 August; Hauts de Seine, France on 22 August; Busan, South Korea on 4 October; Osaka, Japan on 10 October; Birmingham, United Kingdom on 8 November; Glasgow, United Kingdom on 9 November; and London, United Kingdom on 15 November.

Tickets to see Kasabian in Dubai start from AED 295 and are available now.
