Mark your calendars for Dubai’s cutest yoga class

Ciel Spa at SLS Dubai is set to host two pawesome sessions of puppy yoga this month.

Forget every stereotype you’ve heard about yoga classes, where every participant is as serious and stoic as they are bendy — because puppy yoga is the ultimate uplifter. Blending serenity with cuteness, SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences is inviting all dog lovers to find their flow and gather for an adorable, yet energising event: Puppy Yoga at Ciel Spa.

Located on the 69th floor of the hotel, the spa will host two unique, 60-minute yoga sessions that will allow participants to bend, stretch and twist while bonding with playful puppies. The first class will take place on Wednesday, 7 June, with another available on 21 June. Both will take place at 7pm.

For AED 250, guests will be paired with furry companions and enjoy an hour-long session guided by certified yoga instructor, Adhiba. With many years of teaching experience, the yoga veteran has crafted a class that promises to leave guests feeling relaxed and centred again. All the while throughout the flow, puppies will be free to explore the class and will be on the lookout for cuddles, strokes and plenty of playtime.

In an endearing twist, attendees who have fallen in love with their puppy will have the option to adopt or purchase them upon availability, giving them a forever home. All yogis can enjoy complimentary access to the fitness centre and steam room at Ciel Spa after the session. And if that were not enough, participants can also take advantage of a generous 25 percent discount on select spa treatments available on the day of the class. Prior booking is required.
